The group follows the model code for securities transcations by directors of listed issuers in appendix 10 to the listing rules as the code of conduct for directors in their dealings in group securities 标准守则之遵守集团跟随上市规则附录10之进行证券交易的标准守则作为董事进行集团之证交的行为准则。
